Serg is a Lithuanian-born Russian traceur and coach. Movement and parkour have always been natural for Serg.
Before being introduced to parkour through the classic Yamakasi movie in 2002, Sergexplored his own natural movement abilities through play and discovery of his surroundings, taking inspiration from Jackie Chan and movies like The Matrix. Actual parkour training did not begin for Serg, however, until 2006, when he was living in the UK.
Living in a small Sussex town, his first few years of training were simple exploration and experimentation with a small group of friends, until he encountered the Parkour Generations collective and started attending the Academy Classes in London and training with the team.
arkour Generations has made a lasting impression upon Serg who had long been searching for the true spirit and values of parkour, which along with a very technical approach to training were passed on to new practitioners very efficiently. This inspired Serg to teach what he has learned, which led to him joining the Parkour Generations Developing Athlete Programme in 2011. In 2013 Serg became a full Team Member.
In 2013 Serg relocated to Taiwan in order to expand the activities of Parkour Generations there, and to help spread the parkour spirit and way of life.
